I had a few appointments for my cat Nigel, who had stopped eating as much as usual. He initially had a dental with Lindsay, who was incredibly communicative throughout, and everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, his eating didn’t improve, so I booked another appointment and saw Isobel, who was absolutely brilliant. She spent a lot of time with us, listened to all my concerns and gave me so much helpful advice. I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was. I was still struggling with Nigel afterwards — he was like a vacuum with food one minute and then would suddenly go downhill again after a few good weeks! We then booked him in for blood tests with Annie, who was incredibly helpful and communicated the results very quickly. There was also a small lab error, which Harriet resolved quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, Nigel has now started to improve. At his lowest he was around 4.3kg, and at his most recent appointment he was back up to 4.8kg, which was such a relief to see. He now has a microchip feeder and is able to graze throughout the day, which has really helped with his eating. Me and Isobel didn’t think he would get on with it at first, but it has actually worked so well for him and has made such a difference. I also really want to mention how lovely and understanding everyone has been with how anxious I can get when it comes to Nigel. I know I probably ask a lot of questions and worry about him, but every person I’ve dealt with has been so patient, reassuring and kind, and I’ve never felt like I was being a nuisance. That has meant a lot to me. Every single person I have seen has been incredibly helpful, caring and reassuring when it came to Nigel. I’ve had a few concerns along the way, but I always felt listened to and supported, and I really appreciate the time everyone took to help us. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Olive Tree is an excellent veterinary practice. I have been extremely pleased with the care and attention my cat has received from Lindsay and the team. You really get the impression that there is a great deal of love and passion for animals here. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with this vets. I recently moved here after a terrible experience at another vets and was initially bit sceptical of HOW good their reviews were online but they are all accurate. The vets actually care about the animals and also the humans that own them! They talk everything through and actually listen, as well as being more affordable. Every person I’ve encountered at this vets has been lovely - highly recommend!

I would just like to sincerely thank you for seeing us at such short notice today. Your care and compassion truly did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful. The receptionists were so considerate and polite, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and the vet was both knowledgeable and genuinely caring. It was very reassuring to feel that we were in such capable and compassionate hands. I’m so glad we moved here and found a veterinary practice that clearly cares for animals.
