Time2SayGoodBye is focused specifically on pet euthanasia, offering appointments either at a purpose-built clinic or via a mobile (at-home) service. Recent reviewers repeatedly describe unhurried appointments where the vet explains the process step-by-step, uses sedation to keep pets comfortable, and gives families private time before proceeding. Several accounts also mention small, practical touches—such as a “lounge”-style setting with a dog bed and treats, staff staying with the pet throughout, and a condolence card afterwards.

As much as I didn't want to put my beloved boy bear down both lady's were lovely and bear was very comfortable and he loved the garden it couldn't have been more respectful or dignified and one of the lady's was there start to finish with bear.

We used Nigel and Time2SayGoodbye's services just over a year ago for our beloved black lab, Toby, who was suffering and not being taken seriously by our usual vets who, nowadays, seem to want to preserve life at all costs, even when a good quality of life is absent. Nigel came out to us on a Sunday morning and talked us through everything. He was kind and compassionate, explained things well and we didn't feel in the least bit rushed at any stage. Afterwards, we got to say our private goodbyes to Toby in our own time whilst Nigel waited in his van until we were ready to let him go. He was very respectful of Toby at all times and treated him kindly and gently, even after he had died. I would never go anywhere else for this service now and cannot recommend him highly enough. We even received a card from them a few days/weeks later, offering condolences for our loss, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Thanks again for everything. I've since recommended you to many others, and will continue to do so.

Our grief is still very raw as our beautiful dog Jessie was only relieved from her distress recently. However I can not recommend Time 2 Say Goodbye highly enough and in particular Laura. Her empathy, kindness and focus on Jessie's comfort was faultless. Laura accommodated numerous changes of appointments due to Jessie's rapid decline and when she arrived after examination administered a sedative so Jessie was no longer in pain and we could say our goodbyes in the comfort of our home whilst cuddling her with our other dog. At no point were we rushed or pressured into making the final decision. We could not have hoped for a kinder more dignified end for a much beloved pet loved by all the family

We're so pleased we found Laura to help us through the Goodbye to our handsome Dwain after 13.5 adventurous years together. Laura was compassionate, gentle and caring and even brought our boy biscuits. There would have been no better way to say goodbye to our chocolate lab than being surrounded by love and munching on gravy bones. Laura made our very sad decision so much easier and we couldn't have wished for anyone better.

We had to make the awful decision to say goodbye to our beloved 17 year old dog Archie. I couldn’t even speak about it so emailed Time 2 Say Goodbye and quickly received a warm and caring response from Lorraine who was kind, supportive and so understanding from my first contact until the day of the appointment. I dreaded the appointment itself but Laura was absolutely wonderful, first getting to know Archie and his life. We looked at photos and shared our memories of his beautiful life, rather than just focusing on what was going to happen. We did not feel rushed and Laura made it clear we were able to take all the time we needed. Laura was so kind and gentle and the whole process was calm, peaceful and completely painless for Archie. Afterwards she tucked his favourite toy in with him so it could go with him on his final journey and we didn’t feel he was alone. We cannot thank Laura enough for ensuring our gorgeous boys last moments were so peaceful and filled with love and compassion, and we will be forever grateful.

Laura attended to help us through this traumatic experience and she was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. She had both our interest and our lovely Millie's best interest at heart fully explaining the process and making her as comfortable as possible throughout. Laura gave us all the time we needed in order to say our goodbyes and fully respected our wishes. Upon collection of the ashes both David and Anna were helpful, supportive and fully understood our grief and helped us as best they could for us to come to terms with our loss. We are very grateful for the time they gave us and there was no time pressure to leave upon collection of the ashes, which was very much appreciated. Anybody faced with this dilemma I would highly recommend their services, and will always be grateful.

Laura was amazing. She was so respectful and gentle with me and our girl. It was our girls time to go over rainbow bridge. The setting was like a lounge and lovely doggo bed on the floor and treats for her so she went in peace with a full belly. It didn't feel like a vets appointment, peaceful and respectful for both me and our girl. Cannot recommend highly enough. If your ever in the position where you have to make that hard decision that the pain is too much for your fur baby, this is the only place I'd now go to. My girl was treated so well. I've used the pet crematorium before and knew how kind and respectful they are. Cannot recommend highly enough thank you

I called in an absolute mess after making what was an easy choice but absolutely devastating one. I could hardly speak between the sobs and having to verbalise my request for the first time. The staff where so kind and patient, I believe I called them out of hours but they still gave me their time and amazing amount of patience. Once I had all the family with our baby I called to see when they could arrive. As their vet was on another call it would have been a wait. They could have been greedy by making us wait when our pet was suffering just to make extra money. Instead they contacted another service for me who could come immediately and they did an amazing job. I am so grateful for how they handled this. It must be such a hard job but they still helped so much. I honestly couldn’t have ask for anything more. Absolutely astounding!!

Our beloved Ozzy was 15 years, one month and 17 days when we said goodbye to him. It was without a doubt the saddest day of my life, and the weeks leading up to our decision for at home euthanasia were filled with tears and bittersweet moments, taking time off work to spend as much time as we could together with him. Although we felt very happy with our own vet, and Ozzy loved going there, it didn't feel appropriate for us to say our goodbyes there, it would have felt clinical and rushed. We asked our vets for recommendations for at home euthanasia and found out about Time 2 Say Goodbye this way. The reviews made me feel confident these were people who would provide the experience we wanted. Communication with Anna was caring and understanding, and Laura was everything we could have hoped for. She was softly spoken, had a lovely kind demeanour and spoke gently to Ozzy. It was a beautiful sunny day, and we laid his bed in a shady spot in the garden. We were guided through what would happen, we were given all the time we needed, we never felt rushed. Laura gave us space to say goodbye and be with him and when we were ready she carefully took him with her, wrapped gently in a blanket. We collected his ashes 2 days later from Cherry Tree where we also received incredible compassion. Although it was a difficult decision to make, it was the right one and at the right time when life was becoming too much of a struggle for him, and we will forever hold dear our final moments with our precious boy. Being able to give him a dignified end on his bed in the garden, with both of us stroking him and holding him, is something we both cherish. Thank you so much for giving that to us and to him.
