Medivet, were very helpful when phoned to book in my new kitten for his jabs, they were able to fit him in on the same day of the call and when i arrived they were very friendly. The vet himself explained everything i needed to know and showed love and care towards the kitten.

The vets themselves are great, and our pets have always been treated very well. The reason for the one star review is due to a letter we received today which is asking us to pay a bill following our cat having her nails clipped, a few weeks ago. At the time of the treatment we were told that there wasn't a charge, but if there is, then we are happy to pay for it. We certainly do not deserve to receive a letter informing us of an outstanding unpaid bill, and the threat of "forwarding your debt on to a collection agency". We have never received any previous bill & we did ask at the time, which i could have relayed to them in a civil way, was i given the chance, to. Surely an email or a letter without "Threats" would suffice! I really do not like aggressive and threatening letters coming through my letter box, when there is clearly no need!
